🏭 Product Description

Geothermal energy systems operate under high temperatures and mineral-rich water conditions, which makes them prone to scaling, silica deposition, metal oxide fouling, and suspended solids accumulation. These deposits form thick layers on heat transfer surfaces, leading to efficiency loss, equipment damage, increased maintenance costs, and downtime.

Teget Kimya’s Geothermal Antiscalant & Dispersant range is specifically developed to prevent calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, silica, and metal oxide deposits even under extreme geothermal conditions. With phosphonate, polymer, and hybrid-based formulations, it not only prevents scale formation but also keeps existing particles dispersed and suspended.

Antiscalant Effect:

Inhibits the crystallization of scaling ions (threshold inhibition).

Distorts crystal structures to prevent surface adhesion.

Dispersant Effect:
